Court ordered withdrawal of cases against four Maoists

Jeypore. June.21: Koraput district Judge Ajit Kumar Patnaik allowed withdrawal of cases against K.Sirisha allias Padma wife of K.Ramakrishna Maoist central committee leader, A.Eswari of Visakhapatnam, Roja Mandangi and Gokula Kuladeep on Tuesday .The district Judge gave the verdict on the petitions filed by the Public Prosecutor on behalf of Orissa Government State Home department on 9th June 2011. According the agreement reached between Government and  maoist mediators during the kidnap saga of  Malkangiri district collector Mr Vineela Krishna and Junior Engineer Pabitra Mohan Majhi the state government promised to release the Maoists. As per the promise the state government filed petitions through Koraput district administration.On Tuesday Maoists were produced before the court with tight security. The district Judge allowed the petition and ordered withdrawal of cases. Tuesday the four naxalites were released from Koraput jail.
